What to expect at your appointment
Keep your flowers hydrated — place them in a vase of fresh water after your event and keep them in a cool, dry place until your appointment.
Do not refrigerate your flowers — this causes rot and makes preservation much more difficult.
Bring your order number if you have already ordered online — this helps Lauri match your flowers to your order right away.
Allow 45 minutes for a flower drop-off — you will choose your frame style, mat color, and floral design together with Lauri.
Last minute? We welcome last-minute brides and clients — as long as your flowers are still in good condition we can work with them.
Turnaround time is typically 2–7 months from the time of your final selection. Lauri will notify you by text or email when your keepsake is ready.
